Kayak

Safety implies control of the boat, technical and physical training, equipment, prior information of course conditions (weather, course conditions), coaching, etc., depending on the type of practice.

The kayak is a one-person boat in which one sits and is propelled with a double paddle. It is possible to practice slalom to develop the technique.
